Standard processing included
Every active account receives this baseline operations layer before additional modules are applied.
- Receiving incoming packages from carrier networks.
- Registering each parcel in your account workflow.
- Arrival notifications for every received package.
- Secure storage before dispatch (up to 30 days).
- Protective repacking for safer international transit.
- Shipment request preparation with selected carrier.
Additional service charges

- Inspection$5 up to 5 pieces, then $1 per additional piece (minimum $5)
Item management charges

Storage charges
- PackagesFree for 30 days (maximum 60 days). After 30 days: $1/day, or $2/day for oversized packages over 1m3. Packages held for 60 days are automatically discarded.
- Mail items (Premium only)Free for up to 30 days. Mail is shipped automatically when any item has been stored longer than 30 days.
Return processing charges
- Return shipping only$11 per registered item. Customer must contact the store and provide a return label when required. Additional fees may apply for partial-content returns.
- Return handling + shipping$33 per registered item. Additional fees may apply for partial-content returns.
APO/FPO address shipping
- Handling fee$27 per shipment (includes one received package) + USPS Priority Mail rate
- Extra consolidated package$11 per additional received package
Pick-up handling fees (appointment only)
- Packages$1.10/lb (minimum $33/box)

Personal shopper charges
- Regular shopping feeBasic/Premium: 15% of purchase value (minimum $10). Distributor: 10% of purchase value (minimum $10). A $30 minimum may apply for selected stores.
- Additional shopping feeRegular shopping fee + $33 for in-store buying, phone/fax/email orders, store pick-up, or special handling requests.
